Applying for a Trade Site, a few things to note before you begin..
- Each Exhibitor must create an account before applying for a trade site. Having an account will allow you to manage your application during the various approval stages.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required when submitting your application. This deposit must be paid by credit card and you will receive a receipt of payment by email once recieved.
- Once deposit is paid you will receive an invoice with remaining fees to be paid. Please pay by the due date on your invoice, if the total fees are not received your site maybe offered for resalex.
- Trade Show days are Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd of October 2026, 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
- Each individual needing access to your site to assist on Show days will need an Exhibitor Pass. This allows the pass holder access to the Showgrounds for the duration of the Show.
- Pedestrian access to your vehicles during the Show will be through the Main Public Entrance (Gate 2) only.
- Each vehicle entering the Trade Carpark requires a Trade Vehicle Pass displayed on the dashboard at all times to gain access to the carpark and the Showgrounds for restocking before and after the Show. These will be included in your trade pack sent via email for you to print.
- All vehicles must be off-site by 8:00AM at the latest on Show days, and can enter back on site from 4:15pm - 5:00pm for re-stocking purposes.
