• This includes power supply for the entire duration of the Show and will be available for you to connect to from 3pm on the day before the Show commences
• Power supply is standard 10 amp and 15 amp. Limited 3 phase may be available on request
• You will be asked to select which power type you require on the next page
• Exhibitors that book power must supply their own outdoor extension lead up to 30 meters long with a current safety tag
• All portable electrical equipment on site must have a current electrical test and tag, complying with NZS3760 wiring regulations. Our on-call electrician will be visiting each site to perform tagging and testing on all equipment the day before the Show
• Exhibitors using power must abide by the safety requirements. The Society retains the right to remove any appliance or lead not displaying the correct tag and any lead connecting to the Showgrounds power that is not paid in full

• Premium Sites are determined by the Trade Co-Ordinator and are considered to be the best sites within each Trade Area
• These Sites generally receive the most foot traffic and are positioned in highly visible locations

• Companies or individuals who are invited/hosted by an existing exhibitor to display or demonstrate on their site are classified as Sublet Exhibitors
• Subletting is charged at a flat rate fee of $200 + GST 
• The original Exhibitor must provide the best contact details for the business or individual(s) wanting to sublet with them in their Trade Site Application. The Trades Co-Ordinator will then contact the Subletter for any further details required and share all Exhibitor information
• The $200 + GST subletting fee will be included in the original Exhibitor's total site fee. Reconcilliation of fee payments must be managed between the Exhibitor and Subletter

A licensed forklift driver will be available on pack in/out days to assit exhibitors with the movement of large or heavy objects. Selecting 1 of this add-on will give you 20 minutes of Forklift use (up to 3 lifts). If you will be needing forklift assistance on both Pack in and Pack out days, you will need to select 2 or more of this add-on. Extension forks are available upon request, if required please contact the Trades Co-ordinator prior to the Show.

• Admission of Exhibitors through gates on Show days requires an Exhibitor Pass for each individual needing access to the Showgrounds
• Each Trade Exhibitor receives 2 x complimentary Trade Passes per site booked in their Trade Pack
• These passes allow the holder entry to the Showgrounds on all Show days
• Exhibitor Passes will be allocated after full payment of fees and can be collected on your allocated pack-in days
• Exhibitor Passes and complimentary vehicle passes will be in your Trade Pack

• A dedicated demonstration area is available within our sand arena (35m x 75m)
• This is available to any Trade Exhibitor wanting to demonstrate and showcase their products/services to the Public throughout the Show
• Maximise your investment by booking a demonstration slot on your application form
• Each time slot it 3 hours long including set up and pack down of all equipment
• Exhibitors demonstrating are required to supply and manage all equipment required for their demonstration
• You will be allocated a time slot for one of the Show Days starting at either at 9:20am or at 12:40pm. Please make the Trade Co-Ordinator aware if you have a preference
• There are a limited number or time slots available. Requests will be accepted on a first-in, first-served basis and confirmed via email.
