Each entry will receive complimentary tickets for the performers to attend the HB A&P Show.

The Community Performance Stage is a fun, non-competitive opportunity for individuals, duos and groups of any age to show off their talents to the wider Hawke’s Bay Community. This could be anything from music bands/solos, dance groups, cultural groups, choir groups, poetry/storytelling, acting out a skit or anything in-between.

10-20 minute time slots will be available on both days of the Show. The stage dimensions are 5m x 5m. Speakers and a microphone will be available for your use, however performersare required to provide and manage any other special equipment needed.

Registrations will be online from 1st August 2026

1. Late entries will not be accepted
2. As a performer, I shall be liable for any hazards created or accident, illness or damage caused by the action of these performers
3. This showcase is available for any member of the community to enter, including students
4. You will need to provide any special equipment needed for your performance and are responsible for it's security and handling at all times.
5. The Society reserves the right to decline any entry if they determine that it does not align with the outlined purpose of the Community Performance Stage. This is at the Hawke's Bay A&P Society's Staff's discretion
6. I indemnify the Hawke's Bay A&P Society under the provisions of the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) and any amendments thereafter
