-Late entries will not be accepted.
- Individuals must deliver all entries in a suitable bag or box and clearly labelled with the full name of Competitor for judging.
- Each entry can only be judged under 1 class accepting Children's Craft and Special Awards Categories. Items must not have been entered into a previous Hand Made Competition for the Hawke's Bay A&P Show.
- The judges reserve the right not to accept an item for judging if they feel it is not up to a reasonable standard of workmanship, finish or cleanliness.
-Competitors must construct their items independently.
- The item must be entirely the competitors' own work.
- All classes will be included depending on numbers and quality at judge's discretion. The judge's decision is final.
- Prizes may not be awarded if the judges do not feel the entries are of a suitable standard in any class regardless of numbers.
No entries permitted on day of event.
